Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment
At Top Tier INC. we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used pet food and consumable items

  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper use

4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact page. Please include your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Top Tier INC. is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. You may however request a return upon delivery following the process above.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe please first check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days please contact us through our Contact page.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
